(the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: CNSV), a petroleum industry energy company engaged in the development and operation of domestic oil and gas wells and the acquisition of petroleum mineral rights, announced today that it has filed its 8K pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, for accounting and valuation of the April 1, 2010 completed acquisitions under 12 substantially identical Asset Purchase Agreements with various funds and the completed purchase of interests in oil and gas wells located in Kentucky and Tennessee.
